“Cool, calm, connected. Join us for a 60 minute all levels mat pilates session with Jennifer Winter. This raw class is designed to align and restore with safe functional movements connected with breath. This deep muscle strengthening class will detox and rebuild your body from head to toe! The session will start off with a mindful body scan meditation, followed by a warm up, corework and a lower body series. Be prepared to sweat + transform.”
